This self-contained studio apartment sleeps one or a couple. It has its own entrance and is built separately in the garden of the main house, where I, the landlady, live Recently decorated, it is part- furnished. It has one bed-sitting room, separate bathroom, cooking facilities with cooker, refrigerator and sink, and access to a utility room with washing machine and dryer. It is light and warm. heating, light and council tax bills are included. There is also a sitting-out area outside in the beautiful garden. This garden is also used by our dog -- and the family. She is a border collie. Friendly once they know you, and give added security. If you have a well-behaved dog, it would also be welcome. No cats. N13 is Palmers Green. It's a multi-ethnic area, with lots of greengrocers, public library, two lovely parks. There is a large supermarket (Morrison's) and a smaller Sainsbury. There are coffee shops and restaurants: Italian, Greek, Turkish, French, Indian, Chinese, and of course fast food. There are newsagents, a post office, banks and three churches (United Reform, Church of England and Roman Catholic). There are also several popular pubs.
