The house has 4 rooms all en suites, a communal open living area and kitchen. Each room has their own bathroom. The house has all the necessary equipment; Pots, pans, plates, iron, hoover etc so all you need is literally yourself and a suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.The house is located on Cotswold street in L7 just a stones throw away from all of ljmu and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 15 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road and Holt road) are two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 10 minutes. Edge Hill train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.Jacks (Like Tesco) is only a 5-minute walk just on Marmaduke street, Lidl, Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds are a 5-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights.
