1 room house of 27m² in London

The top room of our canal house with south facing views of London is available for rent from January 6th 2026. I live here with my son who is 16, and I work as a photographer/artist. Its three double bedrooms in total. Just one double room is available. We prefer single people. So no couples. Your room is at the top of the house, away from us, we are on the first floor. Your room is fully furnished with a desk area. The kitchen is large and open plan. FYI bathroom is two floors down so a bit of a hassle. We have a roof garden, and three balconies. A working fire place. The space is about 3500 sq ft. We have a cat called Dora. And Bo our dog. The house looks out onto Regents Canal, and is a three minute walk to Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and ten minutes to Bethnal Green tube. All bills are included. We love our peacful home.
