The flat is located in Kennington, less than 5 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle and Kennington station. The building is known as the Old Fire Station and the flat is on the first floor. The room has lots of natural light coming from a nice Victorian window and is furnished with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a luxurious king bed. The rent does not include the bills.
