1 room flat of 30m² in London

a doubleroom with lot of natural light 1300£ all bills inc available from end of december. There will be only you and me in the flat. There is a washing machine and dryer. I am clean and quiet but sociable. I am looking for someone CLEAN too. I love watching movies and play video games. The flat itself is 5-10 min walk from the station (Caledonian road) which is 10-15 min away from leicester square/covent garden by tube. (with the Piccadilly) but also 1 stop from king’s cross where most of the lines are available You can also take a bus (10 min from camden town 35 min from Leicester square). Very practical. This area is safe. I work in the film and music industries and I have a tech business too. Looking forward to hearing from you soon :)
