1 room flat of 30 m² in London

I’m looking for a full-time student to take over my contract at iQ Highbury from 5th of July to 30 August 2025. Shorter stays can also be considered. This is an en-suite room with a private bathroom. You’ll be sharing a large kitchen (with 2 stoves and 2 fridges) with 7 other flatmates. The location is super convenient — just a 2-minute walk from Finsbury Park Station. There are M&S, Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s, Superdrug, and a Picturehouse Cinema nearby. Rent is £200 per week, all bills included. Important note: Because this is a contract takeover, iQ requires you to pay the original rent of £340 per week directly to them. I will personally refund you the £140 difference per week after I receive the refund from iQ. I know this is a bit annoying, but unfortunately that’s how iQ handles refunds for contract takeovers. If you’re concerned about the refund timing, I’m happy to discuss splitting the refund in stages, or partially refunding you earlier.
