1 room flat of 5m² in London

I am moving out of my accommodation due to personal reasons and my accommodation is letting me find someone to replace my tenancy. The room itself is freshly renovated and has an en-suite space and a shared kitchen with 4 other students - all incredibly friendly and warm. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from two train stations so it is very convenient. I am willing to pay the deposit! You have to be a woman, as my flat is women only. You have to be a student of any London university.
