We have a stylish two-bedroom apartment in Dalston, Hackney. We are looking to rent out the flat out from 2 June 2023, for a long term rent. *Please note the price is excluding bills (if you want us to keep paying bills (water, electricity, wifi, council tax) it will be an additional GBP246 extra pm). The flat is a 3-minute walk from Dalston Junction Station and 5 minutes from Dalston Kingsland overground, both of which connect to the City and rest of London very easily. Cycle into the city is about 10 mins, walking is about 20 mins. We are super close to cafes (Allpress - amazing coffee), Eastern Curve Garden, yoga studios and restaurants (Cafe Route, Mildreds, Pickle and Things etc.). We have two balconies, a place to store a bike and elevator access to the building. The rooms are already equipped with a duvet inner and pillows, however you will need to provide your own bed linen. Cupboards etc are all there already. The house is not on a main street, so the rooms are really nice and quiet. We have a brand new 55” smart TV in the lounge and a super comfy L-shape sofa. Our kitchen is pretty kitted out: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, - the works.
