1 room flat of 28m² in London

Hey there my little chum chums!! I have the most gorgeous flat, just a 2 minute walk away from the regenerated Coals Drop Yard area in Kings Cross, with its cool bars, restaurants and shops for you to explore. I am going to work in Berlin for a month and need someone who is good with house plants and is not afraid of taxidermy to live in my very arty flat, that has a south facing balcony, overlooking this bustling part of the city. You can even see St Pauls from my apartment. It's small, but it is there and I will damn well exploit that fact! You will have the apartment all to yourself and it is the perfect place to explore Kings Cross, Camden and Islington. There is a bus stop right opposite my apartment, but there are also 5 different underground or overground stations a short walk away. If you like minimalist this is not the place for you - I have a collection of weird and wonderful things that you will be living amongst. Some people have said my place is like a museum. London is famed for its museums so you get one admission free. If you are interested be prepared to tell me a bit about yourself and why you'd like to stay in my place.
