Hi, I'll be travelling from end of August and my flat will be for September month. Its a 2 double room with comfy bed, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom that comes furnished and with ample storage in a friendly apartment with everything close by including tube and bus stations, restaurants, pubs, Grocery store, Gym, leisure center etc. all within 5 mins of walk. Bayswater station (city and district lines) and Queensway station (central line) are both 5-7 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is furnished with everything you will need and kitchen is well equipped. It's a tidy and spacious flat with a huge balcony for a city. Very nice and clean area with Kensington gardens at a stone's throw. It's a very safe area and well connected to everything the city has to offer. Rent is 2800 PCM inclusive of bills (electricity - fair usage, water, council tax, internet etc.). We can discuss further to add a weekly/fortnightly cleaner as well. I can consider giving the individual room (s) as well as short term holiday or a long term for leasing the apartment for which I can introduce you to the landlord.
