I am subletting our home from August until the end of 2025. Second floor (lift access) modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, 1 minute walk from Mile End Tube ( Central, District, Hammersmith lines). One stop on Central to Stratford Westfield mall, 5 minutes by tube to the City. The apartment is in excellent condition, it was built in 2015 and refurbished last summer. It is fully furnished and equipped. It is located on a quiet residential street. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe, and there is a balcony too. The bills are excluded to the price above and amount to an extra 300 per month. I am only renting the entire apartment so can not unfortunately consider renting just 1 of the rooms.
