**Looking for someone for Feb 20th-March 22nd. I’m looking to rent out my beautiful home while I’m out of the country on holiday. The flat itself comes completely furnished, all you’ll need is your own linen & towels. The place has ample amount of space for yourself & has been decorated to a high spec. All the appliances in the kitchen are Bosch, complete with in-built fridge, dishwasher & washing machine plus a dual oven/microwave and induction cook top. All the utensils, cooking pieces are yours to use - feel free to treat it like your own home. The space would be ideal for someone new to London who is looking to get their bearings before signing a lease or perhaps someone between rooms/flats. The price itself includes rent & bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet) so there won’t be any additional costs to cover. Location is fantastic, it’s 10 minutes to the Finsbury Park tube station which has both the Victoria & Piccadilly lines. It also has the Great Northern Rail line & bus depot which is super handy. It’s walking distance to the high street in Finsbury Park which is filled with coffee shops, pubs, groceries and an awesome array of different restaurants! Plus the big Finsbury Park is close by which is great to enjoy in the Spring. I’m the home owner of the flat, so it’s technically a two bedroom but I’ll lock up the second bedroom to keep my things away & to not to break the requirements of my mortgage.
