Location The property is located on St Asaph Road, SE4, less than 5 minutes walk from Brockley Overground station with quick connections to London Bridge, Shoreditch and central London. The area has a strong neighbourhood feel with many cafés, restaurants, parks and local shops. Bedrooms available Bedroom 1 Standard double bed. Bedroom 3 Pull-out bed which converts from single to double. The third bedroom / office shown on the floorplan (Bedroom 2) will not be accessible during the sublet as it will be used to store the owners’ belongings.
