Parking is available directly outside the property and guests can benefit from one designated space directly outside (in front of the bench) There are also 2 visitor spaces which are the 2 closest to the t junction out of Culdesac.The Beach House is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay (hand towel and bath towel per person). Remote self-check-in through the use of a lockbox gives you flexibility for late arrivals.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire property. I wont be around in person however I have help managing my home and work with Catherine & Ainsley at Pass the Keys. They are local to the property and will be on hand should you need anything during your stay. You will also have access to 24/7 guest support and details of this will be in your guest manual.Other things to noteParking-Free parking. There are also 2 visitor spaces which are the 2 closest to the t junction out of Culdesac.There are two high chairs at the property which guests are welcome to use.Check-in/ Check out-Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
