Lost Key(s) or Other Security Device(s): Tenants are responsible for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or security device(s). If the loss results in the need for lock changes, the tenant will be charged for the actual costs incurred for the locksmith, new lock, and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord, and any other persons requiring keys. Early Termination of Tenancy: If you wish to terminate the tenancy before the end of the fixed term, and the landlord agrees, you will be liable to pay rent until a suitable new tenant takes possession of the property.
