Hi flatseekers, We are looking for someone, most likely a couple, to sublet our stunning fully-furnished, period end-of-terrace one bedroom flat next to Victoria Park, on the Hackney side for 6 months. From the video you can see it was refurbished just before we moved in, in July last year so is very clean with new fixtures. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with shelves and good quality blinds. We will leave our new-this-year wooden bed frame, pillows and Sleepeezee 1000 pocket sprung mattress for an amazing night’s sleep. The bathroom has an over-bath shower and extractor fan with large mirror. We will leave the shoe rack for you to store any footwear. There is a small cupboard for coats and bags in the corridor. The living-dining room area has incredibly high ceilings and 5 large double windows that allow you to have as much fresh air as you wish. We have an L-shaped sofa with cushions. There is plenty of fridge space with a built in fridge-freezer plus a free standing smaller one. There is a long custom-built dining table with two benches for either side. Multifunction washer-dryer and dishwasher. Fully functioning 4 hob cooker top with fan assisted oven. We need someone to cover the rent and bills only, not looking to make a profit on top of what we actually pay from the first week of November, Monday 3rd, until April while we are visiting parents out of London with our newborn baby.
