1 room flat of 29m² in London

I have a lovely flat available in Camberwell for a month and a half, end of June till early August. The flat has a big kitchen and a very light living room. There's a nice small garden at the back, and the bedroom is very quiet. The flat is situated in a calm street, 10min away from Denmark Hill, 15min from Peckham Rye station. The lovely Toad bakery is 5min down the hill. There's a projector in the living room, which you'll be welcome to use with your own computer. I'm going away for a month and a half, so I'm looking for someone to rent it in that period, from the 19th of June to the 5th of August. I would be open to talk about extending the stay a little bit before and / or after to accommodate your schedule. Please note that the flat comes with two cats, Sushi and Mousse. Mousse will be around, but Sushi usually never comes home in summer. The food will be payed for, I would just ask of you to feed them. If you're interested, please don't hesitate to give me a call !
