Room to rent including sole use of flat whilst I am away travelling Sept 2025 - January 2026. I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to look after my home. Potential to extend with a 50% reduction when I return. The property is a two bedroom flat with private entrance and garden however one bedroom will be locked and used as storage whilst I am away. A stones throw away from Christchurch Train Station, the property has great transport links and is less than 5 minute walk to the High Street. Double bedroom offered with double wardrobe, bedside table and desk. All bills (reasonable use) will be included in the rent. Sorry, no children or pets.
