1 room flat of 46 m² in London

1300 for the whole period (28th June - 2nd August), plus 100 for bills. Hi, I have a spacious modern one bedroom flat in Seren Park Gardens for rent from 28th June to 2nd August, as I will be traveling overseas. The flat is in a sort after development and is literally right next to Maze Hill train station (there is an exclusive exit just for this development!): - 1 minute to Greenwich station - 12 minutes to London Bridge station - 14 minutes to Cannon Street station The flat is 2 minutes walk away from Greenwich Park. The flat is 560 sqft, west facing, has a balcony with beautiful view of the city and canary wharf, and furnished with brand new furniture (I just moved in two months ago). Ideally I am looking for someone who can stay the whole period or most of July. If your stay is a bit shorter than that, you can also message me and see what we can do.
