Two bedroom Flat, I am looking for someone to rent my flat as I may be relocating , open to renting out one room if nobody wants the full flat. Rent includes bills and council tax. 1 bedroom is fully furnished the other is lying empty. Both rooms double wardrobes. 2 x Storage cupboard in the flat. Private parking round the back. 2 minute walk to the trainstation. Bus stop right outside the flat. Milngavie village 5 minute walk away. Variety of supermarkets near by walking distance. I am a clean individual, I don't smoke and have no pets. Gradually adding / making changes to the flat and open to any suggestions on what I can add.
