We are looking for a replacement tenant(s) to fill our flat from 3rd May, when we move out into a new house. Short term let possible - we will be giving our notice on May 1st which means we are looking to fill the flat for minimum 2 months whilst we see out our notice (as per the new Renters Rights Bill). Or you can take on a new rolling contract with the landlord from when you move in. The flat is a two bedroom (one double and one single) basement flat. Both bedrooms have doors out onto private garden area. The single bedroom would work well as a home office, so we think the flat works perfectly for a couple. Open plan kitchen/living area . Bathroom with over bath shower. The flat is super conveniently located. Less than 5 min walk to Loughborough Junction and around 15 mins walk to both Herne Hill and Brixton. The flat comes part furnished with - a large sofa, coffee table and book shelf. Double bed and mattress can also be left by us if that works for you.
