Rent is £700 per week + £50 exit cleaning fees (or you clean yourself) for the full flat. This is our home and comes fully furnished. Who we are looking for: ONE PERSON or A COUPLE who is clean, respectful, and is keen to look after the place as it was their own. You are quiet and respectful of neighbours' space, and have no pets. We won't allow parties or stayovers. We are NOT renting out the other rooms and bathrooms. You are however welcome to use our kitchen, TV room, dining room and garden. -- This is a bright three bedroom flat. You will have access to a large double bedroom, living and dining room with office station, TV, WiFi, washing machine, direct access to private garden.
