1 room flat of 94m² in Salford

Flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone friendly, and tidy to take their room. We’re needing to fill the spots by 14/03 (move in date 14/04), so ideally looking for someone who can move fairly soon. About me: I’m sociable and enjoy a chat or hanging out in the evenings, but I also appreciate having time to decompress after work, whether that’s relaxing in the shared space or having some quiet time in my own room.
