Will suit someone who wants a quiet, comfortable and convenient place to call home in a great central location - NOT suitable for couples. PLEASE NOTE - this is a 2 bed property but I keep the 2nd bedroom empty (it is never rented out) for when I am in town and need to stay over. This is infrequent, about once every couple of months and mainly over a weekend. I own the property but am based out of London, so I don’t live there.
