Hi! - still searching! Repost as I’ve had some real time wasters from open rent/spareroom! I love just bought a place so trying to do a tenancy exchange on my rental! Otherwise I’m going to be stuck with mortgage and rent 😫 One bed flat with loads of storage and character! Love big terrace amazing in the summer! Part furnished including a sofa bed in the living room! 4 min walk to Kennington tube (Northern) & 8 min walk to elephant & castle (Bakerloo) £2000pcm with a contract until 03/2027 (landlord cant put up the rent during the contract!) You will have to pass referencing! I have loved this flat great for just me and would be really lovely for a couple too!
