1 room flat of 46m² in London

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take my whole flat for 3-12 months from 1st January. One of the bedrooms is a loft conversion with really nice natural light. There are black out blinds on all the skylights which makes it super cosy at night and good for hungover lie ins! The room comes furnished with bed, drawers, rail, lamps and bedside tables. The second bedroom is south facing so gets lots of lovely sunlight too. Comes furnished with draws, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe. Also has black out blind. I'm looking for someone respectful, tidy and like minded to come on board! The flat is really close to the Victoria line and the overground and is just off the High street so we're close to nice cafes, pubs and supermarkets. Please drop me an e
