The flat is situated in the basement of the landlady’s home but has its own separate access from the garden, making it very secluded. The landlady works from home in the main house above the flat, so it is not suitable for someone who makes a lot of noise. A short walk away is Meanwood Park/woods. Twenty minutes walk or a short bus ride/car journey to Far Headingley. Close to the outer ring road.
