I have to rent out my family home, I looked after it very well and it is modern, beautiful, and gets plenty of light in the bedrooms as well as the garden. It is a 4 bedroom house. Letting agencies believe it would easily go for £4,000 per month, but since it is my family home I prefer to find the right tenants even at a lower price. It has a large master bedroom with a bath and built-in wardrobes, a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and 2 single rooms. It also has a lovely garden that gets plenty of sun, and a green area in front of it so you don't even see your neighbours. Location: It is in Battersea, Zone 1, a few minutes walk to the amazing park, and about 10min walk to Clapham Junction station which has the Overground and plenty of trains all over London. Timings: I'm looking to rent this out from 1st of January2026. - EPCis C - Council Tax band is C - only £73 per month for the entire house.
