1 room flat of 54m² in London

We're going travelling for 5-6 months from early May, and we would love to rent our place to someone who would like to live in and enjoy a calm space in the heart of East Dulwich. The flat has been carefully looked after, and designed in a modern Victorian style, the main bedroom is spacious, and there is a small second bedroom (we use as an office with a sofa-bed for guests). The living room, bathroom and kitchen are all very spacious and are a perfect space for a couple, individual, or small family. We also have a sizeable garden which is perfect for BBQs in the summer, and our neighbours are friendly and welcoming. We have a parking space, and are nearby many great local parks, pubs, shops, restaurants & local amenities.
