All of the points raised by me were rectified promptly. Any appliance or other flat issues during my stay were rectified immediately. When I left my keys in the flat I was let in by the landlord within 20 minutes. All interaction with the landlord was done in a professional manner and I always felt that they had my interests at heart. All in all I have had an excellent experience.
