The flat is cosy and in a a quiet area (you hear birds chirping in the morning). Lovely walk to Baker Street / Bond Street via Primrose Hill and Regents Park (especially nice if you have guests visiting). I've been living here for 5 years and there was never any problem with the flat. All the appliances are working well. Neighbours are quiet and respectful to each other. The best part is the area - it is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London (quiet and safe). The tube and bus services are just one minute away from the flat.
