Looking for someone who needs a flat for a few weeks in Jan / Feb whilst i'm away. It’s newly renovated with marble worktops, boiling water tap, fully furnished and with a south facing balcony. It’s a small space but plenty of storage with a cloak room, built in wardrobes and a separate storage / utility room. It’s on a beautiful road with a large waitrose 2 minutes walk away and boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s all within 5 minutes walk. The nearest tube is Holloway Road (Piccadilly line) you can get there on foot in 5 minutes (15 mins door to door to Covent Garden), 5 mins to Kings X so ideal for those commuting in. Available 10th Jan - 4th Feb The flat will come fully furnished with furniture/ crockery / coffee machine. It is my primary residence so my possessions will be in the flat but happy to provide some room for you to store cothes etc whilst im away. Ideally I’m looking for an individual, non smoker no pets.
