1 room flat of 17m² in London

I am travelling out of London for two months and so I am sub letting my flat. It’s in Woolwich, right beside Woolwich Dockyard station which is Zone 3 and 15 mins walk to Elizabeth Line at Woolwich Arsenal. It’s a 3 minute walk to the river too. My flat is full of art and antique furniture so I need someone that will respect the space and enjoy being there, hence the reduced price.
