1 room flat of 60m² in London

Looking for someone to take over my entire two bed flat from the 30th of September (move in is slightly flexible). The flat is super spacious, two bed two bath spread across two floors with three different storage rooms. Lots of storage in the living room/kitchen space as well. The living room is open plan & comes fully furnished with appliances too (toaster, kettle, dishwasher & washer/dryer). Bedroom one- Super sunny (photo was taken in the evening) & spacious with a queen size bed, built in closet, & private balcony. Bedroom two- This is the bigger room- also comes fully furnished (waiting for my flatmate to send over pictures but I’ve uploaded a video from when we first moved in) The flat is seconds away from the high street filled with anything you need- big shops, cafes, lots of pubs and restaurants. 15 min walk to London Bridge I need to get this sorted ASAP, so if you're interested, we can do viewings starting from the weekend
