*Update* Hello! I'm moving to London with my partner in November and am looking to fill 1 room in my flat. I'll be keeping 1 room, but only be back for 1 night a week for work. So the entire flat will be yours almost all of the time and I'll be sure to always let you know when I'll be in Bristol. I'm tidy, easy to get a long with and have lots of experience in happy house shares. I'd like to have a friendly relationship with whoever moves in, so please message me to arrange a viewing or a video call. This flat has a very spacious living and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, a balcony and lots of storage space. The main bedroom (with ensuite) is a very large double and easily has space for a desk, large cupboards and even a small sofa. The second bedroom is still a decent sized double. There's a large main bathroom and all the white goods that are included are pretty new and of high standard. There's also a bus stop directly outside with regular and quick links to the city centre. There's a designated parking spot with electric parking and a locked bike store. The property is fully furnished to a high standard. Ideally looking for a long term let but would consider a 6 month. The price can be negotiated depending on which bedroom you'd like. The all bills included price for 1 room is £1200 (but I'll be living in London, so you'll have the flat to yourself almost all of the time!) All bills even includes most of the streaming services! Couples are welcome. Move in date is flexible. I can give references to confirm I'm a responsible landlord that goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I'd appreciate either a reference from yourself, or at least to meet in person. Ideally looking for someone to move in at the start of November.
