1 room flat of 15m² in London

Looking for a mature person to live in small flat to share. The flat is in a high-rise, on the 7th floor, with a lift. It's had a large double bedroom. It's £145, including Bills. The bedroom has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and two cupboards. (No sitting room). Also amenities such as cooker, washing machine, microwave, and internet connection is available. Bath but No shower. It's 3 mins walk to buses and 8 minutes walk to the Underground. Preferably a respectful male, who is fairly clean and tidy. It's important you have a job, during the day or a student. Also I'd like someone who's honest, fairly quiet, independent, in a relaxed environment. (It's not a place where you bring noisy house guests in and out).. Sharing with 2 people (one person is away at the weekends). and they are not a couple. The room will be available for eight months to possibly a year, If interested, the best time to view is in the morning between 9am - 12 mid-day, otherwise, you can view the room later, around 9.45pm, which is when I'm back from work.
