A large & modern flat with open plan living room / kitchen, a balcony overlooking shared courtyard and a large bedroom that has big in-built storage. The flat is part of a small community of neighbours around the courtyard who are friendly. It is a short walk to Cambridge Heath station (Overground), Bethnal Green station (Central Line), Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park. The flat is a two bed but I would be leaving my things in the smaller bedroom for storage, the bigger bedroom would be yours. During this period, there would be viewings as I am selling the flat, so I’d like someone who keeps the flat tidy and is ok with viewings. I’d need to drop in occasionally to check on the flat but would ensure this is convenient.
