It’s on the first floor of a quiet street and features a balcony, with the bedroom and living room facing the back and catching some morning sun. Excellent location: • less than 9 min walk to Southwark (Jubilee), Borough (Northern), and Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo) • Short walk to Waterloo station and southbank • Close to supermarkets, Mercato Metropolitano, and a short stroll to Southbank and London Bridge The flat comes fully equipped with everything you need: cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided too. Just bring your clothes. Price: rent&bills combo reduced to £1950 per month. With a deposit of the £1000 which will be returned the day I come back.
