1 room flat of 122 m² in Gateshead

I’m looking for a lodger for my flat from August/September 2025 for 12-13months. Cost is £1,100 a month which includes rent, water, council tax (for single occupancy) and internet. This does not include electricity bills which will be charged on top. The flat would suit a couple but this will result in a small increase in the cost due to an increase in council tax. Great location with a 40minute walk/ 20minute cycle into central Newcastle along riverside paths. Absolutely beautiful riverside views and on a lovely estate with a cute cafe <2min walk. Two bedrooms - one is currently an office but could be converted back. Ideal for a young professional.
