The apartment is in the perfect location if you are a night owl or are looking to enjoy the nightlife.The apartment is located above a bar with a live singer and so close to other great bars and restaurants - everything's within manageable walking distance!**Please note: Due to the incredibly central locations this apartment does get loud in the afternoons and evenings with nightlife venues around the area. You may also hear noise from pubs emptying bins early morning.There is a CCTV in the building. Whilst there is street noise from surrounding establishments, we kindly ask our guests to remain respectful of the other residents in the building.There is strictly no access to the balcony. Whilst there is street noise from surrounding establishments, we kindly ask our guests to remain respectful of the other residents in the building. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift in the building. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
