This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced.**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**Guest Access:Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. This beautiful base is a short walk from the City Centre and even closer to some truly exciting places to visit such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Make sure to take a walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of tasty cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!Getting Around:The nearest bus stop is on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and fro town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!Other Things to Note:The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: . We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property. Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
