1 room of 37m² in Liverpool

I have a cosy little home, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a WC downstairs, open plan kitchen and diner with a little garden, the home is set in a cul de sac near the docks, with a 15 minute walk into the city and the parks. The views are immense from the room's window, perfect if you like nature, meditation or the sun. I live alone and work mostly from home therefore I do enjoy socialising outside of the home and staying active by walking etc, I sleep and wake up early and try to eat as healthily as possible with a treat on the weekend maybe. I am easy going, I play in a local band as a drummer and am community-oriented. My friends would describe me as warm and bubbly but respectful and very empathetic.
