Your accommodation is a short drive or 20-minute walk to the beach and an ideal place to stay to explore the Llanelli and Carmarthenshire areas. We have enjoyed preparing the accommodation for our guests. We are now looking forward to guests being able to enjoy everything that the property and surrounding area has to offer.Our property sleeps up to 6 guests. It is located within Llanelli town centre and enjoys a great position for exploring nearby beaches. The property is ideally suited to welcome contractors working in the area.Note that the flat is set across two floors (first and second floors) and is above a dog-friendly coffee shop. This will prove a popular treat for your morning coffee!You will enter through the main front door. A staircase will take you to the first floor. As you walk in, the spacious and modern kitchen will be to your right. This is fully equipped with everything that you need for home dining.Large appliances include a freestanding fridge/ freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher as well as a washing machine and wine fridge. Smaller appliances include the kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen has double doors (locked) which bring in lots of great light. Guests can also benefit from a breakfast bar which seats two.The open-plan living/ dining room can be found next door. With a large TV screen and additional entertainment with the PS4 (games also provided), you are also welcome to bring your own. Here, guests can relax on the large and comfortable corner sofa. The room provides a great entertaining space with the addition of the dining table (seats 6).The bathroom and two bedrooms can be found on the second floor. There is also a great space for those who may need to work while away, a small desk and comfortable desk chair provide a space away from the main living area to focus on work.Bedroom 1- has one king-size bed and one single bed.
