This is a semi detached 3 bedroomed property which I am not currently resident in. The whole property (except for one bedroom) is available to lodgers. I prefer one individual or a mature and responsible couple. However, consideration will be give to two mature individuals. Must be clean and organised. There is a small garden at the back and parking for two cars. All bills are included. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Non smokers please. Bassetlaw Hospital is 5 minutes drive from the house. There is easy access to supermarkets, the town centre, the A1 and the M1.
