1 room house of 43 m² in London

This is a bright double room in a friendly Victorian house in quiet north London residential street. Excellent transport links to central London, west end, Camden, airports etc. Hampstead Heath and Highgate very close (5 mins on overground). Zone 2.Wi-fi. Washing machine can be used. Feel free to use the garden and roof terrace. There are 3 of us here, and 4 cats. I'm a good cook and am happy to provide home-made meals, veggie or not, if required, for a small extra charge.
