I’m currently staying in a 1 bed flat in KCL’s Wolfson House’s, and would like to transfer my contract from 1 August (slightly adjustable) to 6 Sept. -You have to be a KCL postgraduate student (uni’s requirement) -The room is conveniently located right next to London Bridge Station and Guy’s campus. -Everyone who lives here is from KCL -All bills are covered in the rent -Comes with a microwave, fridge, oven, and electric stoves
