Around 15-20 mins walking, you'll reach the beautiful and expansive Victoria Park - a great location for a run or a meal in nearby Victoria Park Village.The apartment is super clean and was redone in 2022. You'll enjoy Nespresso coffee and Fortnum and Mason tea, gorgeous natural products in the shower, and plush and comfortable cotton and down bedding. Blackout curtains will block the early morning sun to ensure you're well rested to enjoy the City! If you're staying in to work or watch TV, you'll have reliable, ultra-fast, fibre broadband internet. Note for Summer 2025: Building work / renovations on the top floor of the building.Work takes place Monday-Saturday, 08:00 - 17:00.Saturdays is quiet / light work.There is no real impact on the apartment and the worst of the noise and dust is now over. So, until September/October 2025, you'll encounter scaffolding and maybe some building noise for a few hours in the afternoon (almost always quiet by 4pm). The workers are great about trying to wait until late morning before doing any really noisy work.Prices for this season, especially weekday rates are reduced to reflect this.
