Located on a quiet, tree lined residential road in between Hackney, Leyton and Walthamstow. A short walk to Chatsworth Road, Walthamstow Village or Leyton Village.About 15 minutes away from Blackhorse Road tube which gets you into Oxford Circus in 20 mins. We have a lot of bus routes too and a great link to Stratford through an overground (Lea Bridge road.)The house itself is an ex-Warner Victorian end terrace ground floor flat with garden (which we have split in the middle for privacy.)The space:Flat is really designed for a couple as the second bedroom has been converted into a living room but it can sleep up to 4 people (one king sized bed in bedroom and one sofa bed in lounge) for overnight stays.The bathroom has a bath and shower combo.On street parking available for a small fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing a car as it requires parking permits.Please Note:The house comes fully furnished and equipped so you will not need to bring any furniture. As mentioned, we are looking for a conscientious working couple to fill the house as this is the way it's been set up!
