The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, as well as teas and coffee provided for guests to use. The living space has an L-shaped sofa, dining table and access out onto a terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for up to 2 additional guests if required for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). The modern bathroom has a shower over bath and complimentary towels and toiletries are provided.Guest Access:Guests have sole access to the apartment during their stay.The Neighborhood:The property is located in Dalston, a buzzing neighbourhood with a host of restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops on your doorstep. There are 2 main overground stations within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland) which provide easy access to all parts of London. Across the road is a great coffee spot, Allpress Espresso; around the corner is Dusty knuckle (arguable London's best bakery), and a few doors down is Angelina, one of London's most unique and highly regarded restaurants. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket less than 5 minutes from the apartment.Getting Around:The local area has plenty of things to keep you busy, all within easy walking distance, with a number of shops, cafes and bars in the near vicinity as mentioned. There are 2 main overground stations within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland) which provide easy access to all parts of London. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road.Other Things to Note:The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for up to 2 additional guests if required for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to00:00,there is a £50 fee.
