A Smart TV is available for streaming your own applications, and there is an Xbox 360 too!The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking a meal. Additional conveniences include an iron, ironing board, washing machine and drying rack. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.Keys:Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.Parking:There is no parking with the property.
